Today Viral USA does not sell personal information for money. However, like most ad-supported websites, we allow advertising and analytics partners to collect information such as cookie identifiers, IP address, device information and browsing activity on our site to deliver and measure ads. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. state privacy laws, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or processing for “targeted advertising”. You have the right to opt out.
How to opt out
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Turn on GPC in a supporting browser or extension. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser or device. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
- Cookie settings: Use [the “Your Privacy Choices” / cookie settings tool on this site, once installed] to turn off advertising cookies. Because opt-outs are stored in cookies, you will need to opt out again if you clear cookies or use a different browser or device.
- Email request: Email [Privacy Email, e.g. privacy@todayviralusa.com] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and your state of residence. If you have provided us your email address (for example, for our newsletter), we will apply your opt-out to that information as well.
- Industry tools: You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may contact you to confirm.
Sensitive personal information
We do not knowingly collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit its use under California law.
Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
No discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
